The maximum memory size on the device is 16 GB, and the memory types are LPDDR3 and LPDDR3L, which operated with the help of the two memory channels. The processor is a 64-bit compatible system which can effectively execute the 32 bits system and hence is future ready (Levinthal, 2016). The instruction fetches in the processor are aligned to 16 bytes. The PEBS (Precise Event Based Sampling) methods that have been incorporated in the system allow the PMU to know the exact architecture, which allows accurate profiling of the registers. The architecture of the processor has been designed to create precise memory access events.
